• New release listings become available to my email subscribers first (this date/time will be emailed to all subscribers and will be AEST time).
• Please remember that the items in your cart are not yours until the order has been processed. This means that someone else can also put the same item into their cart at the same time – the product is given to the person who completes their order first.

We restock new designs every 6-8 weeks. This means items within our collection will be available to purchase at a specific time. Once all of the items have been purchased, they are then listed as sold out (which can vary depending on their popularity).

 

Timeframes

Our products are lovingly handcrafted to order ~ and each collection has a range of turnaround times. Please refer to each individual product descriptions for a specific timeframe, however the majority of items take approximately 2-3 weeks.

These turnaround times are our best estimate and do not include shipping timeframes.

I understand that this may seem like a lengthy wait, but this is the time it takes me to sand, prep, mix, paint, detail, gloss, measure, cut, stitch, stamp and package your gorgeous order (while also wrangling two tiny humans).
